1. Services Offered
Gutters Up provides gutter-related services including:

  • Gutter installation
  • Gutter cleaning
  • Gutter repair and maintenance

All work is carried out by trained professionals using industry best practices.

2. Scheduling & Appointments
Appointments can be scheduled via phone or email. Time slots are subject to availability. Please ensure someone is available at the location during the service time.

3. Pricing & Payments
Service prices are provided in advance. Full payment is due upon completion unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Other methods (if pre-arranged)

Late or missed payments may result in additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Frequent last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:

  • Provide safe access to the property
  • Inform us of any safety concerns or obstacles
  • Keep pets and valuables away from the work area


6. Liability

  • Gutters Up is fully insured. We are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing property damage
  • Issues caused by structural weaknesses or poor maintenance not previously disclosed


7. Satisfaction Guarantee
We’re committed to quality. If there’s an issue related to the service performed, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted and effective immediately.
